Deliveries & Returns

Please let us know if you have a required date for goods arrival, we try to ship all goods in 1-3 days but there could be delays from the manufacturers if the demand for a product is high.

Deliveries are made on either a next day service via APC couriers or Royal Mail first class recorded (subject to order size), the goods must be signed for and are guaranteed before 4pm.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund you as long as the following conditions are met;

  • You must have informed us that a refund is required within 7 days of receiving the delivered goods.
  • The goods are returned in a resealable condition with all the original packaging
  • The goods must be undamaged in any way.
  • Any accessories or extras included with the original order are returned with the goods.

If the goods returned do not comply with the conditions listed above, please note that a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.

Software, books/publications and DVD's are non-refundable once opened or registered.

All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for any refunds.

Unless goods are deemed faulty on arrival, any delivery fees paid are non-refundable and the customer is liable to pay any return delivery charges. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
